Cancellation Policy

Because all orders are typically processed at the end of each business day, Simple Hospitality has a 12 hour cancellation policy. All orders will be processed the next business day of any order placed. If you do need to cancel your order, please contact us during the 12 hour cancellation period during regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., PST.

If you are dissatisfied with an order due to an error on our end, we will reprint the order at no additional cost to you or refund your order for the full amount within 30 days of purchase using the original method of payment.
